Ian Farish is a singer, guitar player, and multi-instrumentalist from Victoria, Canada. He got his start on the guitar but he has changed course and instrument preferences numerous times in his short career, including forays into pop, folk, and jazz music. Along the way he has constantly honed his skills as a songwriter. Energy, inspired musicianship and a connection with his audience are his trademarks at his performances.
He is equally at home in a coffee house with his guitar, in a jazz club with his saxophone, or out front leading a band.
The most recent project combines each of these elements. Ian is currently in the studio working with producer Joby Baker and several prominent Victoria Musicians working on his new album project ...Soul Songs.
