dbrown wears the hats of Composer, Producer and Musician. It all started in my home town of Atlanta, GA around age 10 when I was introduced to bass guitar. By age 12, I was doing free gigs around the neighborhood with friends. I began playing professionally soon after graduating high school. After about 5 straight years of playing gigs with four different bands, I returned to school (MBI) to explore other areas of interest in the music business. After completion, I began my journey as a Composer/Producer.

My Influences include Producers, Musicians and Composers such as Quincy Jones, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, Marcus Miller, Dr Dre, Donald Fagen, James Brown, Lee Rittenour, Pharrell, David Foster, Nile Rodgers, Timbaland, Prince, Steve Vai, Sting, and Tribal Tech (to name a few).

Outside of music production I enjoy playing basketball, graphic design, gambling, traveling and fishing.

"Hi dbrown,

I listened to your track "Things You Do," and I really like the vibe. The production is solid, but I noticed you could probably reach a bigger audience with better discovery optimization.

When I came across this track, " You ." I saw strong potential, but it needs a more professional strategy to truly reach a wider audience. If you're looking to attract more listeners who connect with your lyrics and sound, this is the right step...
