Story Behind The Song
A song I wrote on a road trip to San Antonio with a friend who grew up in Junction, a small town in central Texas by the Llano river.

																	Song Description
A man meets a cowgirl in Las Vegas from Junction and she turns out to be his ex-wife's sister. It gets ugly after that in this light-hearted road song.

																Lyrics

									She came from Junction.
 She was a cowgirl.
 She wore her jeans
 inside her boots.
 Oh, she was baptized
 in the Llano river.
 She thanked the Good Lord
 for her Texas roots.
Well I met her in Las Vegas at a company convention. I was taking care of business -
now did I fail to mention that I saw a lot of ladies there but none that could compare to that little girl from Texas, Lord, she made 'em stop and stare.
CHORUS
She said, "Wait a minute, Mr.
weren't you married to my sister?" That's the way she started talking and she just kept on a-squawking about how I left her sister and I broke her little heart. How she moved back in with Momma and works at the Mini Mart.
BRIDGE
Then something knocked me off my feet. I hit my head on the hard concrete. And when they brought me to, somebody said, "Do you know the man who left you black and blue."
(spoken) Well, yes I do.
CHORUS, TAG END
